Thomas Hardiman nominated to Third Circuit

President Bush has nominated District Court Judge Thomas M. Hardiman, of Pennsylvania, to be United States Circuit Judge for the Third Circuit. If confirmed, he will fill a seat for Judge Richard L. Nygaard, who took senior status last year.
