District Court Judge Considered for Nygaard Seat on 3rd Circuit

Pittsburgh's Post-Gazette and Tribune-Review reported today that U.S District Court Judge Thomas M. Hardiman is being considered for a seat on the Third Circuit. The seat was recently vacated by now-senior judge Richard Nygaard. U.S. Attorney Mary Beth Buchanan, District Judge Joy Flowers Conti and firm attorney W. Thomas McGough, Jr. are also being considered for the position, the Tribune-Review reported.
