The Washington Times is reporting that Fourth Circuit nominee William Haynes addressed a letter to Senate Judiciary Committee Chair Specter, "seeking to clarify apparent contradictions" between his own testimony and that of Maj. Gen. Jack L. Rives whose comments we posted on earlier.
