Alabama Supreme Court Race: Seriously, Y'all?

Candidates for the Alabama Supreme Court are "starting to play dirty," and not only with negative campaign ads. Four Republican candidates are reviving a contentious, long-discredited civil rights era argument, used by many segregationists, "that state courts are not bound by U.S. Supreme Court precedents."
