No Action This Session on Controversial Bush Nominees

The Senate Judiciary Committee only voted out the district court judges on its agenda this morning. This was the committee's last business meeting of the session, which means the controversial nominations of William "Jim" Haynes, Terrence Boyle, William Myers, Peter Keisler and Michael Wallace are unlikely to see any action before the 110th Congress convenes in January.
