Congratulations to Juvenile Law Center for its recent victory in Graham v. Florida! JLC served as lead counsel for more than 65 individuals and advocacy organizations who partnered to submit an amicus brief supporting Graham. The Court ruled unconstitutional life sentences for minors convicted of non-homicide crimes. Graham was sentenced to life without parole after violating parole stemming from a prior robbery conviction.
