Today, we at AFJ are releasing fact sheets on our website discussing various issues that have been raised during senators’ opening statements at today’s confirmation hearing. If you want to learn more about the issues at hand check out the recently released fact sheets on international law, the takings clause, and original intent. We will add more fact sheets as the hearing progresses, so if there is anything in particular you want to know more about, let us know and we’ll be sure to address it. The hearing will resume at 2pm today and we'll get to hear from Senator Franken as he makes his debut on the Senate Judiciary Committee.
