Hardiman Through

Yesterday the Senate voted 95-0 to confirm Judge Thomas Hardiman of Pennsylvania for a spot on the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. In addition, the Senate confirmed John Bailey to a district judgeship in the Northern District of West Virginia and Otis D. Wright II in the Central District of California.
