Wallace Likely To Get Hearing Tomorrow

The Senate Judiciary Committee will hold a hearing on judicial nominations tomorrow at 3:30. The committee has yet to announce what it will cover, but word is that they'll be considering the extremely controversial nomination of Michael Wallace for the Fifth Circuit. Wallace, of course, is the first nominee in nearly a quarter century to earn a unanimously "not qualified" rating from the ABA. You can learn about Mr. Wallace's complete record in our new full-length report. And for some "pro" and "con"opinions on the issue "Should Mike Wallace be confirmed to the 5th Circuit?" see The Clarion-Ledger of Jackson, Mississippi.
