New ABA Ratings Released

The ABA recently announced its ratings for several pending nominees. Third Circuit nominee Kent A. Jordan and Second Circuit nominee Debra Ann Livingston both received unanimous well-qualified ratings. Sixth Circuit nominees Stephen Joseph Murphy III and Raymond M. Kethledge both received substantial majority well-qualified ratings, with minority qualified ratings.
