Jordan's Nomination "Uneventful" -- Just Like Yesterday's Exec

As we noted yesterday, a Senate Judiciary Committee business meeting was decidedly less action-packed that some conservatives hoped. Delaware Online reported today on the Judiciary Committee's decision to send non-controversial Third Circuit nominee Kent Jordan to the Senate floor, calling his nomination "uneventful." North Carolina's Herald-Sun reported on the fact that a considerably more controversial Fourth Circuit nominee, Terrence Boyle "remain[s] in limbo" after "encounter[ing] almost every problem a nomination can encounter." The Judiciary Committee will meet again tomorrow.
