A Whole Lot of Votes

The Judiciary Committee is scheduled to hold a vote on several nominees tomorrow at 9:30 AM in 226 Dirksen. The Committee will be voting on the Circuit Court nominations of:
  • Neil M. Gorsuch to be U.S. Circuit Judge for the Tenth Circuit
  • Jerome A. Holmes to be U.S. Circuit Judge for the Tenth Circuit
  • Kimberly Ann Moore to be U.S. Circuit Judge for the Federal Circuit
  • Bobby E. Shepherd to be U.S. Circuit Judge for the Eighth Circuit
The Committee is also scheduled to vote on the nominations of Gustavo Antonio Gelpi to be U.S. District Judge for the District of Puerto Rico; and Daniel Porter Jordan, III to be U.S. District Judge for the Southern District of Mississippi.
