Judiciary Committee Votes

The Judiciary Committee held a series of votes Thursday on its Circuit Court nominees Neil M. Gorsuch to be U.S. Circuit Judge for the Tenth Circuit, Jerome A. Holmes to be U.S. Circuit Judge for the Tenth Circuit and Bobby E. Shepherd to be U.S. Circuit Judge for the Eighth Circuit and District Court nominees Gustavo Antonio Gelpi to be U.S. District Judge for the District of Puerto Rico and Daniel Porter Jordan, III to be U.S. District Judge for the Southern District of Mississippi, all of whom passed out of committee on a voice vote. The Committee held over its vote on Kimberly Ann Moore, nominated to the Federal Circuit.
