Fewer 5-4 Decisions?
Well, at least in terms of sheer numbers, if not percentage of decisions… Apparently, the Supreme Court isn’t granting cert to quite as many cases as it used to. Check out Chuck Lane of the Washington Post and Gina Holland of the Associated Press for more on the dwindling number of cases heard and decided by the Supreme Court.
