Virgina State Bar Weighs in on Fourth Circuit Vacancy
Peter Hardin of The Richmond Times reports that the Virginia State Bar has sent Sens. Warner and Allen a list of possible candidates to fill the Fourth Circuit seat left open by movement conservative and former Supreme Court shortlister Michael Luttig in the wake of his decampment to Boeing.
