Backing Off Embattled Judges?

Bloomberg News reports today that, with the exception of Brett Kavanaugh, Senate Republicans are now leery of pushing for confirmation of President Bush's other highly controversial nominees, including Fourth Circuit nominees Terrence Boyle and William Haynes, Fifth Circuit nominee Michael Wallace, and Ninth Circuit nominee William Myers.
