It is astonishing that a democratic free market, capitalistic country would allow a law to protect any segment of the economy in this fashion. I know I would love to hold a personal "get out of jail free card"! Current law ignores states rights and citizen rights to a jury trial.<br />Medical and legal purgatory-well designed by lawyers with a laser-like focus.
